Attention starved, mental breakdown, or is 19 the right age to do something crazy with your hair?
I don't think it is necessarily attractive, but the pixie is in and she has the right body/shape to pull that off. However she has the money and resources to have any style hair she wants by tomorrow. So we will see how well she likes it and whether she thinks it's a mistake. I predict different hair within a month.

This hair is the result of a perfect storm; lots of money, no accountability, and 19 years of age. Only regret will be left behind when the storm passes.
